Red Fawn Coffee

Red Fawn Coffee Roasters was founded in 2018 by brothers Peter and Andreas in the heart of Trnava, the historic western Slovak city often called "Little Rome" for its concentration of churches and towers. Peter began his roasting journey two years earlier in a garage, inspired by Scandinavian roasters, and the brothers now work on a Coffed SR5 that gives them precise control over every stage of the process. Their philosophy favors clean, balanced, and juicy coffees: light roasts for filter that emphasize acidity and freshness, and medium roasts for espresso that bring out sweetness and a lingering finish. The roastery and brew bar sit down a quiet covered alleyway off Štefánikova street, where customers are often served directly by the roasters themselves.
