Every Half Coffee Roasters is a Vietnam-based specialty coffee roastery founded in 2021 in Ho Chi Minh City, with a strong focus on elevating Vietnamese coffee through direct involvement across the full value chain, from farm partnerships to fermentation, roasting, and retail. The company works closely with farmers and cooperatives in Dien Bien, Lam Dong, Gia Lai, and Dak Lak, investing in climate-resilient varieties such as Starmaya, Marsellesa, Centroamericano H1, Liberica, and Fine Robusta. Every Half emphasizes light to medium roasting to preserve origin character and operates dedicated roastery locations, including a flagship roastery-café in Thảo Điền designed with sustainability in mind, partially powered by solar energy.
