This is a single-origin coffee from Finca Los Laureles in Siltepec, Chiapas, produced by Maria Candelaria Hernández Jiménez. Grown at about 1,500–1,581 m, the lot is Typica variety, depulped the same day, fermented ~12 hours, washed, and dried on patios or shade nets. The filter roast yields a clear, soft, balanced cup with gentle sweetness and bright fruit character and a fine, delicate structure.
