Produced by 120 smallholder farmers under the Beneficio Comunitario San Pedro cooperative, established in 2018. Varieties include Typica, Bourbon, and Caturra, grown using mostly organic or low-intervention practices. Honey processed with 25 hours of fermentation before pulping in hermetic bags, then sun-dried on raised beds for 12 days. Flavor notes include bright citrus, honey, mandarin, red apple, apricot, chocolate, and juicy character.
