Single-origin coffee from Amatenango de la Frontera, Chiapas, Mexico at 1,700 meters elevation. Grown on Castañón Morales land by producer Oralia Castañón Morales. The coffee is a blend of Typica and Garnica varieties, processed using traditional washed methods. The region is known for bright acidity, fruity notes, and smooth body, cultivated sustainably by smallholder farmers with deep roots in indigenous coffee farming traditions.
