A single-origin coffee from Chiapas, Mexico grown at 1500 m and produced by a group of 212 women from the Sierra and Frailesca regions. The lot is 100% Arabica (Bourbon, Typica and Caturra), depulped and washed with controlled fermentation and careful drying. Roast level is medium-dark, yielding a balanced cup with tasting notes of caramel, white peach and grape.
