3056 is a three-origin espresso blend combining Ethiopia (Yirgacheffe), Guatemala (Huehuetenango) and Brazil (Sul de Minas). The coffee is a medium roast intended for espresso and milk-based drinks, with lots processed both washed and natural. Tasting notes include stewed plum and citrus, with peanut butter, vanilla malt and milk chocolate character, producing a rounded sweetness and balanced acidity.
