This coffee is a nano lot from producer Marina Orellana, grown in Las Flores, Santa Bárbara, Honduras. It is a Pacas variety coffee processed using the washed method. The flavor profile features notes of yellow plum, caramel popcorn, and nougat, offering a silky sweetness with a round, comforting finish. This coffee is roasted to a light level.
