This coffee is from Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro region, produced by Daterra Coffee at 1,300 m. It combines depulped and natural processing of Catuaí Red and Yellow varieties and is roasted for espresso. The cup is chocolate-forward with notes of nuts and red grape, low tartaric acidity, and a pronounced, buttery body. SCA score 86.25. Recommended for espresso and moka brewing.
