This community lot is made up of smaller Pink Bourbon lots from producers in the La Muralla group, separated by Osito based on quality and variety. The washed processed coffee is grown at 1700-1900 meters altitude. The cup profile features high sweetness with a custard-like texture and florality reminiscent of rosewater and red berries.
