Managed by the Solorzano family, this 100% Bourbon lot undergoes a unique 52-hour fermentation process involving a mid-fermentation stage to enhance sweetness and complexity. The coffee features floral, zesty, and peachy flavor notes, complemented by a velvety mouthfeel.
