This coffee is from Finca La Bendición in the Dipilto-Jalapa mountain range of Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, produced by Luis Alberto Balladarez. The lot is Pacamara variety, processed as a natural and dried on African raised beds after density-sorting; altitude is listed at 1400–1600 masl. Tasting notes include strawberry, pineapple, shortbread and cashew with a silky mouthfeel.
