A single-origin coffee from the Thageini wet mill in the Nyeri highlands of Kenya, operated by the Aguthi Farmers Co-operative Society. Around 450 producers contribute cherries to this mill. Freshly picked cherries are hand-sorted for color and ripeness, then de-pulped, fermented, and washed in clean channels. The coffee is dried on raised beds for 14–21 days, rested in parchment, and dry-milled for export. The cup is described as bright, layered, and balanced, with flavor notes of bergamot, muscat, white grapes, and brown sugar.
A specialty coffee roastery that offers a wide variety of single-origin coffees and blends, with a focus on freshness and highlighting the diverse flavors of different coffee-growing regions.
