It is produced by the Gikanda Farmers Cooperative Society and features a blend of SL28, SL34, Ruiru11, and Batian varieties. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of black currant, blackberry, dark chocolate, cacao, and molasses, offering a syrupy sweetness and a wine-like finish. This dark roast is suitable for various brewing methods.
