Kenya Faith Estate is a single-origin coffee from the Kirinyaga region of Central Kenya, grown on Cecilia Wanjiku Haniel’s farm and a network of neighboring smallholders. The lot is from trees of the SL-28 variety dating to the 1960s and is processed with dry fermentation, washing, and slow drying on raised beds. The roast is bright (light) with lively acidity and fruit-forward notes of nectarine, red grapefruit, and tangerine.
