This coffee is sourced from the Nyabirongo region in Uganda, where approximately 230 smallholder farmers cultivate the SL14 and SL28 varieties. Grown at an altitude between 1500 and 1800 meters, the coffee benefits from a rich soil and a balanced climate. This washed coffee is roasted for espresso, offering a deep and harmonious structure. The flavor profile features a light acidity with notes of red fruits, balanced by the sweetness of almond, and a finish of dark chocolate.
