Gesha from Finca Cabecera in Boquete, Panama (1575–1600 masl), processed via an anaerobic slow dry (ASD) method. The cup shows pronounced florals (magnolia, lavender), tropical and red-fruit acidity with pineapple and raisin notes, plus cocoa/chocolate undertones; presented as a light roast with medium body and lingering sweetness.
