This coffee is a Natural Geisha from Janson Farms in the Volcán region of Panama, near the Costa Rican border. The Los Alpes estate is located at elevations between 1,600 and 1,800 meters and borders La Amistad International Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lot 1021 is processed using the natural method, where ripe cherries are carefully handpicked and dried under controlled conditions. The coffee features notes of peach cola, ripe blackberry, and delicate violet florals with medium body and balanced acidity. The Janson family has been producing specialty coffee since 1990.
