A single‑origin Liberica roasted to a medium level and naturally sun‑dried, producing a juicy, tropical cup. Tasting notes highlight jackfruit, lychee, blackberry, hawthorn, red date and dried longan, with a hint of licorice and a black‑tea aftertaste. The beans are whole‑fruit sun‑dried over several weeks to concentrate tropical fruit character and body.
