This coffee is grown by smallholder families in Sukarame, Aceh, Indonesia, at an altitude of 1,100–1,500 meters. The cherries are hand-picked, fermented overnight, depulped, and dried slowly with the mucilage layer intact. This honey-processed coffee offers a sweet and fruity profile with notes of brown sugar and juicy red fruit. It provides a balanced, lively cup with a round body and distinct Sumatran character. It is suitable for espresso, French press, and filter brewing methods.
