This Ichamara AA is a Kenyan coffee from the Nyeri region, grown at an altitude of 1400–1700 meters. Produced by smallholder farmers, it consists of SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11 varieties. The coffee is processed using the washed method, involving fermentation and drying on raised beds. It features a vibrant, tea-like profile with tasting notes of raspberry, hibiscus, red currant, and black tea. This elegant cup offers a balanced acidity and a clean finish.
