A classic Honduran coffee from La Orquidea farm in Santa Barbara, Honduras, a collaborative project between Miguel Moreno (owner of El Filo farm) and Benjamin Paz (operator of Beneficio San Vicente processing station). The farm features 7000 Pacas and 2000 Catuai varieties planted since 2014. The coffee displays stone fruit, marzipan, and dark chocolate flavors.
