A single origin coffee from La Joya farm in the Montecillos region, La Paz, Honduras, grown at 1,990 masl by farmer Misael Medina. The IH-90 variety is washed processed and carries flavor notes of apricot, green grape, yuzu, and red apple. Tagged for filter brewing.
