A single origin coffee from El Granvileo farm in the El Zanate, San Sebastian region of Honduras, grown at 1,800 meters above sea level by farmer Lester Francisco Marquez. The variety is Pacas, processed using an anaerobic washed method. Flavor notes include white floral, Bosc pear, vanilla, and grapefruit.
