About This Coffee

Guatemala La Garita is a washed Bourbon micro-lot from producer Elbia Lopez in San Pedro Necta, Huehuetenango, Guatemala (1700 masl). The coffee undergoes staged pre- and dry fermentation followed by thorough washing and manual sorting. It delivers bright, precise flavors of peach and other yellow stone fruit with floral jasmine, bergamot orange and sweet nectar. Roast level is a light filter roast, emphasizing clarity and sweetness.
