This coffee is a family lot from the Huehuetenango region in Guatemala, bringing together 15 producers from the area. The coffee is washed processed and showcases a regional profile from these small-scale producers who are improving quality year after year. Primavera works with agronomists who provide technical assistance on coffee growing and farm management, and has two certified Q-Processing professionals who advise on post-harvest processing. The recommended brewing parameters are filter at 1:16 ratio and 94°C, or espresso at 1:2-2.4 ratio, 25-30 seconds, 94°C, with a resting time of 2-3 weeks.
