This blended micro-lot comes from three sisters, Juana, Minga Leticia, and Victorina, from their three farms in San Pedro Necta, Guatemala. The coffee is washed processed and features structured sweetness reminiscent of mineral-forward brown sugar, balanced with tart apple and orange acidities. It represents a great archetype for washed coffees of this region.
