A single-origin Geisha from Finca La Soledad (Henio Pérez and family) in Acatenango, Chimaltenango, Guatemala, grown at about 1650 m. This lot is fully washed with a long (≈72 h) fermentation and patio-dried 14–17 days. Light-roasted, it presents delicate jasmine aroma and bright fruit character with peach, lemon, and lychee, finishing with a syrupy sweetness and candy-like lingering mouthfeel.
