This anaerobic-natural processed microlot was grown in Antigua, Guatemala and produced by the Echeverría family at Finca Cuxinales. The farm maintains a thriving ecosystem of birds and insects with dense intercropping of native trees. The coffee is processed anaerobically to specification, bringing forward notes of ripe pineapple and blackberries.
