About This Coffee

Guatemala ASOPCE is sourced from ASOPCE (Association of Specialty Coffee Producers of Huehuetenango), a smallholder farmers' association representing approximately 450 producers across remote mountain communities of Huehuetenango, with plots averaging 1.5 hectares at elevations between 1,400 and 2,050 MASL. Grown using certified organic practices and processed via washed method, each producer family manages their own wet milling and patio drying.
