About This Coffee

This coffee is a washed Red Bourbon variety from the Gitesi washing station in the Karongi region of Rwanda, grown at an altitude of 1750 to 1800 meters. Produced by Aime Gahizi, the coffee undergoes a meticulous process including dry fermentation and soaking in clean water. It offers a clean, bright, and juicy profile with delicate acidity and a long finish. Tasting notes include kiwi, black tea, florals, and yellow plum.
