This blend combines coffees from Brazil (Carmo de Minas, 945–1350 m; producers Luiz Paulo Dias Pereira and Antonio José Junqueira Vilela) and El Salvador. The Brazilian component is semi-washed. Flavor notes include milk chocolate, golden raisin, raw sugar, dried fruit and toasted almond; Comforting roast (medium) with a smooth, balanced body.
