About This Coffee

Fine Robusta Cư M'Gar is a naturally processed Robusta from Cư M'Gar (Buôn Ma Thuột), Vietnam, produced in collaboration between Every Half and HTX Cà Phê Việt Nam. Harvested by the family of Cô Phượng and Chú Hải, the coffee is grown at 550 masl and comprises Cà Sẻ, TR4 and Xanh Lùn varieties. Tasting notes include tropical fruit, pink guava and milk chocolate with mild acidity and a rounded, lingering sweetness.
