This natural-processed coffee features the Mamut varietal, a large bean similar to Elefante, showing genetic similarities to Catimor or Ethiopian Heirloom/Bourbon hybrids. The coffee presents citrus aromatics with lemon, papaya sweetness, and dry white wine notes, finishing with clean and crisp mouthfeel and lingering citrus acidity.
