It is a microlot of Castillo and Colombia varietals, fully washed and dried using sun-drying and silo processes. Medium-roasted, it presents a dark chocolate base with pecan-tart sweetness, gentle black tea notes, and a blood orange lift on the finish, offering a balanced, everyday cup.
