This single-origin coffee is produced by Hugo Pineda at Finca El Pezote, located in La Palma, Chalatenango, El Salvador, at an altitude of 1900 meters. The coffee is a Pacamara variety processed using a washed, anaerobic fermentation method. It features a flavor profile characterized by notes of jasmine, caramel, and exotic fruits. This lot was awarded 12th place in the 2024 Cup of Excellence competition and is roasted to a medium level.
