This coffee is a Pacamara variety from the Finca Don Jaime farm in the San Ignacio region of Chalatenango, El Salvador. Grown at an altitude of 1400-1500 meters, this coffee is processed using an anaerobic natural method. It features a light roast profile with a juicy, fruit-forward sweetness. Tasting notes include strawberry, mango, dark cherry, and rum raisin, complemented by a creamy, smooth mouthfeel and a lingering, milky finish.
