This Gesha coffee is produced by Jamison Savage at Finca Deborah, located at 1950 meters in the Volcán region of Panama. The coffee is processed using a Carbonic Maceration Natural method, involving 50 hours of anaerobic fermentation followed by a 25-day shade-drying process. The cup profile is complex and floral, featuring notes of peach, mango, red raspberry, pineapple, bergamot, green apple, and lemon, with a juicy, wine-like texture and a milk chocolate finish.
