This is an organic washed coffee from Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region, specifically from the DANCHE coffee station. Grown at approximately 2100 meters above sea level, the coffee features flavor notes of lemon, raisins, and cactus fruit. Local farmers allow the cherries to fully ripen before harvesting to enhance sweetness, traveling up to two hours on horseback to deliver their cherries. The coffee is processed and managed by Girum Assefa at the washing station and imported by Nordic Approach.
