About This Coffee

Faded is a blend composed of 70% Colombian Caturra from the Huila region and 30% Brazilian EA decaf from Minas Gerais. The Colombian component is grown at 1850 meters and undergoes a unique coconut co-fermentation process. The Brazilian component is a regional blend processed as natural and pulped natural before being decaffeinated using the sugarcane (EA) process. This coffee offers a distinct flavor profile featuring notes of coconut, milk chocolate, and mint humbug.
