This light roast coffee is a single-origin washed Yirgacheffe from Gedeb, Ethiopia, grown at 1900-2200 meters elevation. It is a heirloom variety with processing involving depulping and a 96-hour dry fermentation before drying on raised beds. The coffee features tasting notes of star jasmine, earl grey, oolong, and apricot, characterized by floral and vibrant flavors.
