This coffee is produced by Daye Bensa at the Rumudamo processing station in Arbegona, Sidama, Ethiopia. Located at 2,200 meters altitude, the station sources cherries from over 600 smallholder farmers. The coffee underwent anaerobic washed processing. Rumudamo gained international recognition, including top rankings at Cup of Excellence in 2020. The coffee offers delicate yet complex floral and fruity notes with both sweetness and vibrancy, featuring tasting notes of cherry, elderflower, jasmine, and baked apple.
