A naturally processed single-origin coffee from the Gerba Doku processing station in the Guji zone of Ethiopia, near the locality of Gerba. Operated by Gemechu Shonora and his brothers, the station sits at an impressive altitude of 2,200 meters above sea level. Farmers deliver native wild Heirloom varieties. Cherries are floated, hand-sorted, sun-dried for three days, then shade-dried for over two weeks. The cup features spiced chai notes balanced with dried fruits — fig, peach, and plum — with hints of lime and deep dark chocolate bitterness.
