About This Coffee

Ethiopia Nano Challa is a washed, high-altitude coffee from the Nano Challa Cooperative (Genji Challa, Gera, Jimma) grown at 1980–2100 masl. The lot is processed by mechanical depulping followed by 40–50 hours of wet fermentation, washed and dried on raised beds and in the sun. Heirloom varieties yield a clear, fruity and floral cup with bergamot, apricot, stone-fruit notes and a slightly floral black-tea aroma.

Drip Roasters

Drip Roasters is a Bern-based specialty coffee roastery run by brothers Dennys and Fabian. They'd been roasting for two years before opening their café on Eigerplatz in 2020. All their coffees are single origins. The lineup is balanced, from beans that are roasted a shade darker for broader appeal, to special lots that sit on the lighter end. The selection shifts depending on the season, and especially after origin visits, but is always fully traceable.
