Ethiopia Lalesa Washed Espresso is a single-origin coffee from Lalesa in the Gedeo zone (Yirgacheffe), produced by wet mill operator Alemayehu Tilahun. The coffee is washed, fermented for 48 hours, soaked for 2 hours and dried over about 10 days. Varietals listed are Wolisho and Dega, grown at 1900–2120 m. Tasting notes include stone fruit, cooked citrus, lemon and black tea; roast is prepared for espresso.
