This coffee is from Ethiopia's Guji zone in Oromia region, specifically Kayon Mountain Farm owned by Ismael Hassen Aredo. Grown at 1900 to 2200 meters altitude using indigenous heirloom varieties, it is processed naturally and dried on raised beds. The light roast coffee features flavors of cranberry, pomegranate, golden raisin, apricot, pomegranate, cherry, red grapefruit, chocolate, and a hint of nuttiness.
