A natural-processed coffee from Calba Farm in Yirgacheffe (Chalba), Ethiopia, grown by producer Bogale Deyaso at 1870 meters altitude. The farm uses no fertilizers, employing mulching, pruning, and composting techniques. Varieties include Dega, Kurume, and Wolishu — all 100% Arabica. Flavor notes of peach, sweet citrus, and dark chocolate. Part of the Lalisaa Initiative, which supports smallholder farmers through direct trade partnerships and quality incentive programs.
