The farm uses no fertilizers, employing mulching, pruning, and composting techniques. Varieties include Dega, Kurume, and Wolishu — all 100% Arabica. Flavor notes of peach, sweet citrus, and dark chocolate. Part of the Lalisaa Initiative, which supports smallholder farmers through direct trade partnerships and quality incentive programs.
