About This Coffee

This fully washed coffee is from the Yirgacheffe region in Ethiopia, grown by approximately 500 farmers in the village of Banko Taratu at elevations between 1900-2300 meters above sea level. The coffee is delivered in cherry to a central washing and processing station where it undergoes a short tank time, is fully washed, and then sun dried. The coffee is traceable to the washing station level and is sold through an outgrower scheme.
