This single-origin coffee comes from Anasora in Ethiopia's South Guji Zone (2,200–2,300 m). It is an Ethiopian heirloom cultivar processed naturally with short aerobic fermentation and extended drying. Light-roasted for espresso, it offers bright strawberry and Meyer Lemon notes, a rounded body, and a subtle pine-like complexity.
