This espresso blend is composed of 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta from Guatemala, Brazil, and Rwanda. The blend features mixed varieties processed using both dry and washed methods. The Robusta component provides a powerful body with a long finish. Flavor profile includes dark chocolate, cocoa nibs, walnut, and almond. This is characterized as a strong, tart, and creamy espresso.
